Marina Mechanical Services is looking for a motivated and experienced HVAC Service Agreement Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for growing our service business through new client acquisition as well as improved retention of existing clients. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required to flourish in our team-oriented culture. As an integral part of our Service Sales Team, the right individual will be expected to collaborate with our field, office, and sales team to generate additional business opportunities for Marina Mechanical Services. Compensation package will be a salary plus incentives built around new business generated each year.
Position Expectations:
Represent Marina Mechanical in a professional and client focused manner in all facets of your position
Develop new Preventive Maintenance Agreements through:
- Cultivating our current house account clients
- Proactive follow up on all new installation projects that are assigned to you.
- Teaming up with our construction department to promote our commercial service capabilities
- Follow up on all previous clients of Marina Mechanical that are not currently utilizing our services
Incremental business through lead generation, including but not limited to:
- Referrals from existing clients.
- Targeting, focused approach to prospecting by:
- Industry type
- Geographic area
- Association involvement
- Leveraging social media (LinkedIn, etc.) with existing contacts
- Become an active participant (committee position desired) with at least one association.
- Through relationships with our existing clients, develop opportunities such as:
- Commercial construction
- BAS
- Energy
- Additional equipment to be serviced
- Other locations with client
- Contribute and assist with marketing initiatives.
