About the Role We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the operations and performance of our Harleysville, PA and Manville, NJ locations. This is a key leadership role responsible for team development, customer experience, financial performance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who is comfortable managing managers, understanding financial results, solving problems, and driving accountability in a fast-paced service environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across both locations. Lead, coach, and develop operational managers and teams. Drive customer satisfaction and a consistent 5-star customer experience. Monitor P&L performance, revenue, expenses, and operating results. Establish and track operational goals and KPIs. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and service delivery. Partner with HR, Sales, Accounting, Safety, Marketing, Dispatch, Customer Care, and Warehouse teams. Recruit, develop, and retain strong talent. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, employee ownership, and continuous improvement. Support strategic initiatives and business growth. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive operational leadership experience. Experience leading managers and operational teams. Experience with P&L management and financial performance. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, home services, trades, or field service preferred. Multi-location leadership experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Why Join HB Home Services?
