Summary
Provides technical support to department personnel in processing Select insurance policies. Such serving will include verbal and written communication internally with staff and externally with current clients and other office support activities.

Client/Policy Services
Provides daily support to Select Client Advisors and Select accounts through:
- Sorting daily mail
- Pull mail from mail folders twice a day.
- Confirm all mail was scanned in and assigned.
- Handle, Check-in, Download, and Attach all endorsements that come in through unrouted attachments. Email endorsements to the insured.
- Download and Attach policies from carrier websites, notate the file, and let AM know the policy is attached.
- Review and check Audits (rates, rating). Notify AM and Producer if the audit is +/-$500. Email audit with Audit Letter to insured.
- Running Expiration Report for the next 120 days, the first of each month. (Lists need to be run for each Producer and each Client Advisor).
- Printing / Mailing Renewal Questionnaires. Email renewal questionnaires to the insured at 120+ days.
- Assisting Client Advisors with any items necessary to reduce backlog.
- Assisting in Miscellaneous items as needed or directed by management.
- Processing Certificate of Insurance Requests / Issue Renewal Certificates
- Processing Auto Id Requests / Issue Renewal Auto Id
- Processing Evidence of Property Requests / Issue Renewal Evidence of Property
- Processing payments brought into the office.
- Learning all Select Lines service standards and procedures.
- Developing P&C Marketers' confidence in job knowledge, judgment calls, and awareness of current industry trends and developments.

Filing Management
Responsibilities include:
Documenting all correspondence, following up for necessary information updates at appropriate times, and keeping the client EPIC files organized and up to date.

Teamwork
Works together with team and with other departments, such as Marketing, Accounting, Claims, Producers, etc., this includes conferencing with Producer to discuss the execution of strategies. Manages PTO to work with departmental needs. Volunteers to back up and/or assist others as needed.

Displays commitment and initiative to meet department and agency education goals as set forth in the organization’s education program.

Requirements
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must be able to obtain insurance licenses and designations as set forth by the organization's education plans.
