Radiance Technologies is looking for a self-driven, resourceful, and creative Digital Media Specialist. Our ideal candidate will be a team player who demonstrates unbridled creativity and strong skills in photography, and video filming and editing.

Required Experience:

Associates degree
Active TS/SCI

Required Skills:

Shoots and edits photos
Prepares graphics, short-form videos and captions
Proficient in photography techniques, including lighting, technical settings, and composition.
Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple efforts and complete work within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Proficiency using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or other photo editing software.
Extensive knowledge of DSLR cameras.
Experience creating media content
Process improvement for improving overall product/project
