Primary Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconcile, and create financial reports using Quickbooks
Monitor and maintain inventory and fixed assets
Maintain HR, tax, insurance, and financial requirements
Input, update, and closeout claims using company internal program
Maintain all vendor & subcontractor COI's
Complete all accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, and collections
Process all new hire paperwork, background checks, and
Gather and coordinate hardware and software requirements.
Review and match transactions daily

Primary Responsibilities

3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online (most recent versions)
3+ years of experience with bookkeeping and collection activities
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be a team player
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
