Position Overview

We are seeking a detail oriented, skilled general carpenter to join our team. Carpenter is to perform repairs on our clients properties. You will be a member of a team whose objective is providing our customers with excellent customer service and high quality of work exceeding their expectations. All tasks are to be performed in a timely and consistent basis.
Job Responsibilities (tasks may include but not limited to)
- Install drywall and finish
- Install insulation
- Finish trim/base work
- Cabinet/vanity installation
- Painting
- Job prep by protecting customers contents
- Light duty clean-up on a daily basis when job is in progress
- Light post construction clean-up
- Demolition when necessary
- Work effectively with other team members
- Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time/attendance and uniform policies
- Operate and maintain equipment such as power tools
- Report building and equipment issues to your supervisor
Job Qualifications
- Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility
- Must have ability to work independently and as a team member
- Must be willing and able to work in all forms of climate indoor and out
- Able to lift objects up to 50 lbs
- Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling and crouching
- Must be willing to work weekends as necessary or in an emergency situation
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Wage is based on experience*
