Vice President of Finance

Our client, a deeply rooted non-profit, is currently seeking a VP of Finance in a hands-on role.

About the Vice President of Finance role

The VP of Finance will be tasked with supervising the finance/accounting department in a very hands-on capacity
Financial planning, budgeting, daily cash flow and investment opportunity
Preparation of financial statements and presentation to the Board
Manage banking relations
Contract negotiations
Identify trends in programs and make suggestions on which ones to keep and which ones to replace
Additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications of the Vice President of Finance

MBA or CPA
Strong leadership experience from Non-Profit is required. Working with endowment accounting
