Job Overview: As a member of the Inside Sales Team, the Representative is primarily responsible for four key functions; inbound sales calls, ensuring proper match of the products customers are buying, building sound customer relationships, and follow-ups. Location/Hours: This position works onsite at our Kingman, AZ facility. However, training will take place at our Jasper, IN facility for 4-6 weeks from 8:30AM to 5:15PM Eastern. We provide housing while you are here. After training, you will work at the Kingman, AZ facility and start in a shift from 9:15AM-6:00PM Eastern, Monday-Friday. You will also be assigned periodic Saturday shifts from 8:00AM-12:00PM Eastern and one late shift day per week, 10:30AM-7:15PM or 11:15AM-8:00PM Eastern.

What you’ll do:
- Build & maintain relationships with customers
- Maintain proper business etiquette
- Take inbound sales calls
- Proper match of products to customers needs and provide accurate verbal quotes
- Follow-up’s
- Match products to customer needs
What it takes:
- Sales experience
- Driven and capable to operate in a high-energy, fast-pace environment
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required
- Specialization in car restoration and performance products preferred but not required
- Ability to learn and utilize computer programs
- Bilingual is a plus!
