Job Title: Admin, Level 1
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Reports to: Store Manager (or similar position)
POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for doing the paperwork, answering phones, greeting customers and some counter sales. This level supports 1 location.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides customers with knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt service while sensitive to their needs.
- Adheres to and supports safe work practices and Commercial Tire’s safety guidelines and standards.
- Answers the phone promptly and works with customers on counter sales. Quote prices in response to customer requests in store and online.
- Greets customers as they come in.
- Light bookkeeping, data entry, end of days, enter tickets, mail, etc.
- Shuttle and/or customer courtesy driver.
- Assist with inventory.
- Clean-up office and waiting area, coffee making, popcorn, and related.
- Product pick-up/delivery.
- Notifies customer on special order follow-up.
- Recommend additional preventative services to customers.
- Actively participates in training and development opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and neat work area.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS – Unless indicated otherwise, these are required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 6 Months related experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record
- Regular attendance and punctuality are required and are an essential job function.
