Student Accounts Representative

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Student Accounts Representative to help manage billing and collections for student accounts. As a Student Accounts Representative, you’ll handle daily transactional tasks, assist students with their financial questions, and ensure accurate account records. What You’ll Do as a Student Accounts Representative:
- Send and process tuition bills, ensuring all student accounts are up to date.
- As a Student Accounts Representative, you’ll follow up on past-due balances and assist students with payment plans.
- Respond to student inquiries, emails, and phone calls as part of your Student Accounts Representative duties.
- Support collections processes to reduce outstanding balances.
- Help research discrepancies and reconcile student accounts accurately.
What You Bring to the Student Accounts Representative Position:
- Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role. Experience in education is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with financial systems.
