Bookkeeper

Location: Enfield, CT
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: $30/hour +

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our clients team and keep financial records accurate and organized. As a Bookkeeper, you’ll manage key day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations. If you thrive in a role that values precision and reliability, this position could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do as a Bookkeeper:

Perform daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts remain balanced.
Prepare financial reports and assist with payroll processing.
Organize and maintain records to ensure compliance with company policies.
Support audits and resolve discrepancies as part of your Bookkeeper duties.

What You Bring:

Prior experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Excel.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
