Your New Role

You’re the person who turns ideas into action helping develop the content, proposals, and campaigns that tell our story and win new work. As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll assist with proposals, digital updates, events, collateral, and CRM tasks with a focus on strategy, relationships, and growth.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing + Business Development Operations on pursuits and collateral, and with the Strategic Marketing Specialist on social, web, and email initiatives. What you’ll be doing

Proposal & Pursuit Support (40%)

Assist with preparing, editing, formatting, and assembling proposals, qualifications, and presentations.
Collect and organize project information, resumes, photos, and other inputs from technical teams.
Update and maintain proposal content libraries.
Support go/no-go documentation and maintain accurate CRM opportunity records.

Marketing & Digital Support (30%)

Partner with the Strategic Marketing Specialist to draft, proof, and schedule social media posts, email campaigns, and basic web updates.
Support the execution of firmwide marketing initiatives and campaigns by preparing content, graphics, and supporting materials.
Assist with project and event photography, including scheduling photographers and capturing in-house photos as needed.
Help maintain an organized digital asset library so photos, logos, and templates are easy to find and reuse.

Collateral, Events, & Brand Coordination (20%)

Coordinate production and inventory of marketing materials such as brochures, project sheets, displays, and giveaways.
Support logistics for tradeshows, conferences, and client events (registrations, shipments, displays, materials, and follow-up lists).
Ensure event and client materials are current, on brand, and visually consistent.

Administrative & Continuous Improvement (10%)

Update contact and company information in the CRM with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist with tracking basic marketing metrics or pulling reports for the team.
Contribute ideas to improve templates, processes, and workflows across the marketing + BD team.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while communicating proactively.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing/communications/business.
2+ years experience working in marketing or business development.
Experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred.
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Smartsheet and Unanet CRM by Cosential is preferred. Committed to maintaining skill levels in the changing technology environment.
Understands professional and ethical responsibilities with sensitive and confidential information.
Positive and professional attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with co-workers and clients in person or virtually.
Candidate shall demonstrate proper documentation to lawfully work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
