The Data Entry, HVAC Piping Labor Tracking individual will enter information from invoices and orders into PO’s.
Other duties include scanning in packing slips into the company’s operating system, filing, following up on back orders as needed and scheduling deliveries.
Gather initial labor tracking information from drawings and estimates.
Enter information into tracking spreadsheets.
Email/call foreman to ensure weekly tracking pictures are being emailed.
Print pictures and highlight tracking drawings.
Training will be provided on the above tasks.
Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

One (1) year of experience in construction preferred, not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel required).
Good communication and organizational skills.
A desire to learn new things.
Drug test, background check and a clean driving record are pre-employment requirements.
Must be able to see well (either naturally or with correction); use hands, fingers, arms and legs fully; lift up to 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl; climb and balance on ladders and scaffolds; stand for long periods of time.
