Brinkmann Constructors is a 100% employee-owned company in the commercial construction industry headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri. The company was founded in 1984 by Bob Brinkmann. His entrepreneurial mindset, innovative thinking, and desire to reduce customer’s costs, created a legacy of success. Over its nearly 40 year history, Brinkmann has grown to operate five offices in four states: Missouri, Colorado, Arizona, and Virginia.
In 2013, Brinkmann Constructors became employee-owned when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As owners, employees at Brinkmann are committed to building a culture of shared success.
