Consumer Direct Care Network is an employee-owned company that provides self-directed in-home care services headquartered in Missoula, Montana. CDCN’s services allowing individuals to hire and manage their own caregivers, including family members. They handle payroll, taxes, and compliance, and offer support services like care coordination, respite care, and training. Operating in over a dozen states, CDCN helps people remain independent at home while managing the administrative and financial aspects of their care.
In 2025, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) transitioned to employee ownership through an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) structure. This structure was chosen to align with the company’s mission and provide long-term stewardship, cultural stability, and shared economic benefit for employees. The purpose of the employee ownership structure is to promote the Company’s long-term financial health and growth, sustain its mission to deliver high-quality care, and provide a high-quality work environment for employees to contribute to and share in the Company’s success.
