Harris Group is a majority employee-owned multidiscipline engineering consulting firm. The company was founded in 1975 in Seattle, Washington. The company now has six locations across the United States where they provide a range of services including engineering, design, project management and business specialists.

Harris Group became employee-owned in 2007 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee ownership was created so all employees have a stake in the company and to help ensure all are aligned to the same goals and values.
