NBS is a 100% employee-owned company in the financial services industry headquartered in Temecula, California. Since their founding in 1996, NBS has supported local governments and communities in California and across the United States with funding efforts to support their future. Today, they operate two locations in California.

In 2014, NBS became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As an employee-owned company, NBS delivers an enhanced performance for their clients and employee owners.
