Nobis Group is a 100% employee-owned engineering company headquartered in Concord, New Hampshire. Founded in 1988, Nobis Group is an integrated consulting firm providing engineering and environmental solutions for public and private projects of all sizes. Nobis is dedicated to addressing environmental challenges one project and one community at a time. Over their 35 year history, Nobis has grown to operate three locations, in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and New Jersey.
In 2003, Nobis Group became employee-owned when they established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). They have celebrated 20 years as an employee-owned company. Their ownership culture empowers employees to be engaged and committed to ensuring each project aligns precisely with the client's requirements.
