Pioneer was founded as an environmental science and engineering firm and to this day that work remains their focus. Pioneer takes pride in delivering end-to-end support to their customers, ensuring they can confidently address their engineering requirements. They specialize in civil engineering, construction management, land surveying, and materials testing dedicated to providing innovative solutions that enable our clients to build and maintain a competitive advantage. Today, Pioneer Technical Services operates locations in Montana, Idaho, and Texas.
In 2009, Pioneer Technical Services became employee-owned when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
