Triple T Transport is a 100% employee-owned company in the transport industry headquartered in Lewis Center, Ohio. Triple T Transport was established in 1988 by its founders, Tom Sanfillipo and John Walker, who laid the company's foundation upon providing outstanding service to both clients and carriers. Over the course of three decades, Triple T has diligently pursued a gradual expansion strategy, enabling the company to enhance its reach and capabilities while retaining its identity as a personable third-party logistics (3PL) provider.Triple T initially concentrated on transporting produce via over-the-road services. The scope of their focus evolved to encompass a diverse array of freight shipping, which includes the transportation of produce, dry goods, refrigerated products, frozen foods, food packaging, and various other commodities.
In 2010, Triple T Transport became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As a 100% employee-owned and operated company, Triple T Transport instills a sense of shared ownership in each member of their team, fostering a vested interest in the business's overall success.
