As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service at our Esteemed company, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the efficient operation of our supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Provide accurate information about applications and pricing.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company's order management system.
- Provide guidance to customers.
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting related to product applications or delivery concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
