We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and other channels
- Manage and resolve follower inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Process and prepare documents, including purchase orders and rental agreements
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Few months of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
