We are looking for a strategic and people-first retail leader to join our team as the Store Manager for the Atlanta showroom. In this role, you will oversee our 22,000 sq. ft. showroom, nestled in the vibrant Westside Provisions district. The 2-story showroom features inspirational room settings and home décor, as well as free in-store design services.
As the Store Manager, also referred to as the Retail Market Manager within our organization, you will lead a market that generates over $9 million annually. You will inspire and motivate a dedicated team comprising of one leader and eight skilled and diverse professionals in design/sales, and merchandising. Together, you will work collaboratively to help customers transform their homes and spaces into places they truly love.
How you'll share your talents as a Retail Store Manager:
You'll take full responsibility for creating an exceptional omni-channel customer experience that ensures the success of the Atlanta market, empowering you to make strategic decisions and implement innovative solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of your customers and team.

The qualifications and experiences we're seeking in a Retail Store Manager:
Given the scope and autonomy of this retail store manager role, we are seeking a strategic-minded leader who is passionate about retail, leading teams and delivery exceptional customer service. You'll bring a minimum of 10 years leadership experience and a proven track record of inspiring high-performing teams in customer-centric, high-sales environments.
Additionally, you will bring your demonstrated retail / store leadership experience to successfully:

- Drive the financial success of the Atlanta market with accountability for market sales, including revenue generated in the store, online, through our Customer Care and commercial Room and Board for Business channels.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the Atlanta showroom team to continually grow in their confidence and contributions.
- Oversee showroom merchandising to meet the needs of the Atlanta customer base.
- Create and host meaningful store events or event sponsorships that provide opportunities for us to strengthen relationships with existing customers and reach new customers.
- Bring an openness to innovate ways of working, including using new technologies, as we keep pace with the changing needs of our customers and business operations.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships grounded in mutual respect throughout the organization to enhance your effectiveness as both a leader and a valuable contributor to our collective success.
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off. We aim to provide our leaders with a consistent and reliable schedule, though rotation and hours may vary to accommodate the needs of the business.

Showroom hours: Monday-Friday 11am-7pm; Saturday: 10am-6pm and Sunday 11am-6pm
Note: This role is fully on-site, with an average commitment of 45 hours per week.

- Salary: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 / yr. (Salary* depending on scope of experiences/qualifications; salary listed includes annual bonus)
