Location: Remote or onsite in Urbana, Iowa.

We are looking for a Finance Team Intern who iseager to learn about the day-to-day operations of finance and ready to use their hands-on experience to make an impact. If you are someone who is constantly seeking new opportunities, this is the internship for you!

Dates: May 19 – August 8, 2025 (flexible)
Type: Internship, full-time, non-benefits eligible
Hours: Flexible, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (flexible)
Pay: $14-$16 per hour, based on experience

What you’ll be doing

Aligning with Clickstop’s Core Values to drive our culture and business forward.  
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the finance team. 
- Account Reconciliation 
- Accounts Payable 
- Accounts Receivable

What will help you be successful

Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs.
Strengths: Analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Mindset: Opportunistic, curious, and enthusiastic.

Who You’ll Be Working With: 

Finance Team: You'll work closely with members of the Finance team and report to the Director of Finance
Purchasing, Technology & Sales to ensure process execution

This is a paid hourly, 40 hour per week summer intern position that will be hybrid with some onsite requirements at our headquarters in Urbana, IA. Flexibility in scheduling is available for this position Monday-Friday.

Note: For remote work, internet speeds of 20 mbps are required. In order to be considered for a remote role at Clickstop, residence must be in one of the following states: Iowa, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Nevada or Florida. This role is Hybrid with weekly onsite requirements in Urbana, IA.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check.
