Your ability to navigate construction projects, understand project lifecycles, and manage third-party contract deliverables will be essential.

Effective communication with team members and management and a deep understanding of construction and project lifecycles is essential. Your ability to handle cross-discipline engineering documents, recognize various deliverables, and route them correctly will set you apart as a valuable asset to our team in Chandler, AZ.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of previous experience in Document Control
Construction Document Management or Construction Quality Processes
Consistently deliver quality Document Control services based on subject matter expertise and experience with best practices
Monitor personal performance against the team's established KPIs and contribute to continual process improvement
Work closely and maintain effective communication flow with other team members and management
Demonstrate an understanding of construction and project lifecycles and third-party contract deliverables
Working with cross-discipline engineering documents (requirements and use) and discipline approval processes within a project team
Ability to recognize various deliverables and drawing types and route according to the requirements
