Your Role

As a Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in overseeing critical residential and commercial projects resulting from fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. This high-visibility role requires a strategic thinker who can not only manage projects to perfection but also cultivate relationships that fuel our growth. Key responsibilities include:

Setting and achieving ambitious project objectives within corporate policies.
Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget through diligent oversight.
Proactively managing financial aspects of contracts and identifying potential legal issues.
Serving as the primary company representative in project meetings.
Providing essential technical support to your project team.
Identifying and leveraging new work opportunities to expand our reach.

What You Bring

We're looking for a top-tier professional with:

Essential restoration AND construction project management experience.
Xactimate proficiency is a significant advantage.
Exceptional attention to detail and superior communication abilities.
A valid Driver's License and flexibility for out-of-town travel.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
