About Us:
At ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington we help people get their homes and businesses back to normal after water, fire, or storm damage. We work directly with homeowners, property managers, and insurance companies to make restoration as smooth and stress-free as possible.

We’re growing fast and looking for a proactive, motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Wilmington area. If you’re a “people” person who loves building relationships, enjoys being out in the community, and isn’t afraid to hustle — this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and homeowners.
Be proactive in finding new business opportunities — connect with customers who’ve recently had property losses, stay alert for fires or damage events, and work to be the first on site when restoration services are needed.
Network throughout the community to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing relationships.
Explain our services and guide clients through the insurance restoration process.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through consistent outreach and follow-up.

What We’re Looking For:

Outgoing, friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
Sales or business development experience preferred (restoration, construction, or insurance background a plus).
Self-motivated and proactive — someone who takes initiative instead of waiting for leads.
Comfortable driving around the Wilmington/Jacksonville area and meeting clients face-to-face.
Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
Can effectively present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups.
Skilled using social media and other web-based sales tools.
Local and regional travel may be required for trade shows, training, networking events and for selling services immediately after catastrophic events.
