This position will report to Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global. Job Summary Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Service Plumber to perform a variety of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in accordance with local and national plumbing codes. Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and efficiently, including leaks, clogs, pipe damage, and fixture malfunctions. Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future problems. Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubing with various materials (e.g., copper, PVC, PEX) using appropriate tools and techniques. Install and repair water heaters, water softeners, and other plumbing-related equipment. Conduct pressure tests on plumbing systems to ensure proper function and identify leaks. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during all plumbing work. Communicate effectively with customers to explain plumbing problems, proposed solutions, and estimated costs. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. Keep company vehicle and tools clean, organized, and in good working condition. Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service calls as required. Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational plumbing program or apprenticeship is highly preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Service Plumber. Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, equipment, and current plumbing codes. Proficiency in using a variety of plumbing tools and equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and climbing. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, and participate in an on-call schedule.
