Accounts Payable Administrator
Location: Norcross, GA
Salary Range: $50,000 – $57,000 annually

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly organized and dependable Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team. The Accounts Payable Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting general administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Managing vendor communications, including follow-up on inquiries, invoice discrepancies, and debit/credit memos.
Reconciling monthly vendor statements with submitted invoices, ensuring accuracy, and resolving issues promptly.
Overseeing the MF AP Mailbox and AP Invoice Mailbox to ensure efficient invoice intake and response times.
Assisting the administrative team with reception coverage and communication support as needed.
Collaborating with internal departments to resolve payment and processing concerns quickly and professionally.

In this role, the Accounts Payable Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors regarding billing and payment inquiries. The Accounts Payable Administrator will also support process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency in payables operations.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Accounts Payable Administrator position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–3 years of relevant accounts payable experience.
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system is a strong plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
