Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and management of the office, including administration, supervision ofstaffand other day-to-day responsibilities associated with a remote office.

Articulate and position full spectrum of KSM services and solutions to potential customers and key executive decision makers.

Focus on relationship-building byestablishingand maintainingappropriate professionalnetworks.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and solutions to meet their accounting, tax, and advisory needs.

Build andmaintainlong-term client relationships, developing new businessopportunitiesand expanding service offerings.

Manage large, complex accounts and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Possess a complete knowledge of the Firm’s philosophy on financial, tax, and consulting matters, workqualityand application of professional and Firm standards.

Maintain contact with clients throughout the year;possessesa thorough knowledge of the client and allfacetsofclient’sbusiness.

Plan, schedule, and staff engagements using firm policies and procedures.

Communicate progress of engagements,problemsand resolutions toclientthrough written and oral correspondences.

Maintain knowledge of general economic and political trends ofpossible taxor other legislation that could affect the business climate.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

10-12 years of experience in public accounting

Real Estate experience a plus

Demonstrated success building and managing client relationships

Demonstrated professionalism and integrity

Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes

Indirect and direct supervisory success

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills
