As a Construction Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Deliver quality, service and performance to our customers and partners.
Thoroughly review construction documents capturing scope, constructability, engineering, and cost effectiveness.
Engage with architects, engineers and subcontractors daily and in project meetings.
Project subcontractor and material procurement
Project document management
Project CPM scheduling
Project financial management.
Participate in business development activities, including presentations and interviews to secure projects.

The key attributes for a successful candidate:

Organizational and negotiation skills.
Schedule / list oriented
Architectural and/or engineering background a plus.
Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
Solid work ethic with high energy.
Procore and Primavera scheduling experience is a plus.
