CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Enterprise Builders is searching for Superintendents who will be responsible for providing coordination, planning, and supervision of subcontractors, architects, consultants and owners.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Supervising individual projects ranging from $3 million to $30 million +/-.

Responsible for planning and implementation to ensure all materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule.
Review construction documents for completeness and constructability
Coordinate plans and specifications with vendors, design team and consultants resolving discrepancies
Participate in the development and management of the construction schedule
Develop and maintain site logistics plan
Collaborate with Project Manager / Principal

Responsible for coaching, supervision and directing of subcontractors geared to meet or exceed project milestones

Conduct effective construction subcontractor planning sessions and site meetings

HOW WILL YOU SUCCEED?

Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse background an organizational levels
Lead team members by example, offering effective coaching and feedback, while managing quality control and overall performance, schedule compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Shown ability to fulfill all responsibilities for complex projects
Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage project task and schedule milestones
Basic understanding of contractual documents and generally accepted business practices
General computer office and reporting skills. Procore
Shown positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills
Ability to interpret and communicate Enterprise Builders’ policies
Active listening skills and effective communication including openness to diverse input and feedback
Superintendents minimum 6-8 years construction experience with 2 of those years having supervisory experience
Assistant Superintendent minimum 3-5 years general construction management and/or trade experience
