For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a Shared Services industry, preferably with a focus on payroll applications, systems, and HR processes.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with Oracle processes around Oracle HCM modules/applications is a plus.
- Experience working with agile teams and operating with SAFe agile implementation practices is a plus.
- Willingness to work on night shift schedule.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing updates on unit testing, documentation, interface work, and Oracle HCM/EBS configurations.
- Perform unit testing to validate functionality, ensure quality, and support defect resolution.
- Assist with implementing customer functionality by supporting requirements‑gathering activities and contributing to technical design specifications
- Support Oracle HCM to EBS interface enhancements, with a focus on integration improvements and data accuracy.
- Partner with organizational points of contact to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
