Summary of the Role You Are Applying For:
As a Machine Operator, you will perform entry-level work under close supervision. You will set up and operate any assigned machine in the manufacturing process to help with the production of blades, which may include measuring, welding, cutting, and sanding metal pieces and products using MIG welding equipment according to the required specifications set forth by Wood-Mizer.

- Set up and operate any assigned machine in the manufacturing area
- Take the first part to the inspector to be approved
- Inspect own production frequently using proper gauges or measuring instruments
- Clean work area daily
- Train other employees
- Meet production goals
- Count parts accurately
- Stand 8-10 hours each daily
- Lift 50 lbs to waist
- Ability to retain learned knowledge
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
- Assemble manufactured parts
- Pack assembled parts
- Perform other assigned work per instructions
