We are seeking an industrious, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Account Intern to support the Client Services team. This role will be hands-on, giving the intern a deep dive into what it takes to bring iconic brands to life through a variety of strategic, compelling, and creative solutions.
The role: The Account Intern will support the advancing and production of festival activations, mobile experiential tours, branded events, and sampling programs in various locations. This position supports the team working on a key client account, which includes globally recognized alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage brands. The person hired for this role must be at least 21 years of age.
The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and enthusiastic about learning the ins and outs of helping brands connect with fans through the power of experiences. A passion for festivals and events and brand experiences is a must! Experience planning/producing events of all sizes is preferred. Strong Google suite and spreadsheet skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate with and report to account leads, getting an up-close view of client relationships, campaign life cycle, and program execution
- Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks on deadline, including deck creation, research, collaborative projects, and document updates
- Produce high-quality deliverables by reviewing work progress with account team and collaborators
- Conduct market research to understand client and competitor brands and their audience
- Maintain a current knowledge of trends and news across cultural, festival, brand experience, and entertainment landscapes, sharing pertinent information and POV with account team
- Participate in internal meetings, and when appropriate, client-facing meetings
- Conduct research on vendors, markets, venues, talent, trends, giveaways, etc.
- Compile post-event data into recaps, including uploading site data into Pinata and conducting social listening across various platforms
- Support content capture efforts through updating shot lists, timelines, etc.
- Set up presets and galleries for photo / data capture tools
- Work with account team to learn how to pull COIs for onsite activations
- Support tour advancing via promoter correspondence, tracking updates, and confirming credentials
- Work with G7’s mobile operations and logistics team on warehouse inventory tracking
- Potential travel and onsite support pending program needs and availability
- Additional assignments and duties as needed

Necessary Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age at the start of the internship
- Must be available to work for thirty hours or more per week on average
- Passion for staying current on brand experiences, festivals, marketing, pop culture, and music and entertainment across multiple genres
- A genuine desire to learn the ropes of experiential and event marketing through hands on work, including the “back end” unseen work that supports these types of campaigns
- 1-2 years prior experience in a professional work environment through previous internships or employment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to work on multiple projects at once
- Highly collaborative and accountable work style
- Proficiency with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working around alcohol brands and a wide variety of lifestyle and cultural events
- Able to work from G7’s office a minimum of 2-3 days per week
- Legally authorized to work within the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Asana and Slack
- Experience working in festivals and/or events
- Experience attending festivals and events
- Able to work outside standard hours for on-site events, including potential for travel to events and activations
Work Environment:
- Hybrid schedule: In-person 2-3 days per week
- Office environment: moderate noise levels, open, fast-paced
