We are seeking qualified candidates for a Cleaning Technician for our corporate office in Russellville, AR.
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated and detail orientated individual to ensure the facility is maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. This position reports to the Human Resources Generalist.
Key Responsibilities for this position include:
· Clean by dusting, mopping, sweeping, washing, vacuuming, disinfecting, or scrubbing all surfaces of furniture, floors, counters, fixtures, and other surfaces.
· Maintain inventory on all cleaning supplies and communicate when supplies need to be ordered.
· Store cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and orderly manner.
· Clear and clean waste containers in all areas and dispose of all waste and recyclables.
· Report any repairs needed to maintenance.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
· Detail oriented and organized.
· Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
· Ability to perform duties within a determined time frame.
· Exhibit a friendly and helpful demeanor towards others.
