Lifecycle Services Manager based in our
Warren, NJ office, you will lead the Northeast Regional Lifecycle Services team, customer service, and system upgrades.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary engineering and administrative team to deliver high‑quality field services, system support, upgrades, and project implementation for local customers.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders by delivering responsive, reliable solutions and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct project cost reviews, identify areas for process improvement, and ensure proposals and work scopes are accurate and aligned with objectives.
- Support regional business goals including revenue growth, operational efficiency, service quality, and on‑time delivery.
- Allocate personnel, equipment, and financial resources to strengthen business performance and advance regional strategy.
- Partner with Aftermarket Sales to define scopes of work, coordinate service activities, and enhance cross‑team collaboration.
- Mentor and develop team members, creating an inclusive, psychologically safe environment that supports continuous learning and career growth.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 7 years of related experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience with Ovation™, distributed control systems (DCS), or similar platforms; OV400 certification is a plus
- Professional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Prior leadership experience as a site manager or project manager, particularly within industrial, automation, or service‑delivery environments
