AVIAN is searching for a Proactive, Proficient and Productive Program Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities
Eexperience and proficiency in using commercial software packages, including at a minimum Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
Effective oral and written communication skills. Must be able to set up TEAMS meetings and serve as the organizer, reserve conference rooms, take notes at Team Reviews and resolve action items.
Team player skills and able to accept a wide range of assignments in a fast-paced workplace at short notice.
Working knowledge of iTEMS to track status of projects
Experience developing and executing complex programmatic tasks, and interfacing with Government and support personnel in order to meet program manager needs
Experience with acquisition strategies related to science and technology procurement
Develop and refine science and technology investment strategy which includes, but is not limited to, providing support to the BFM and Program Officers for such initiatives as well as for Congressional mandates.
Prepare funding documents, procurement packages and associated supporting documentation, Assist APMT&E in creating and updating speadsheets to track project funding/personnel coverage. Assist APMT&E in preparing slides for Test & Evaluation Summits and various presentations.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma with at least at least six (6) years of verifiable experience providing business and financial support to organizations with Science and Technology (S&T) and/or Research and Development (R&D) missions; or a bachelor’ s degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of experience providing verifiable business and financial support to organizations with S&T and/or R&D missions; and completion of core certification training standards required for DAWIA BFM Level I and/or S&TM Level I, or professional experience supported in resume and/or training certificates comparable to DAWIA certification
- An active Secret-level security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret-level security clearance is required
