Responsibilities
This position is for a Production Integrated Product Team (IPT) Procurement Analyst for the MQ-4C Triton program office PMA-262 at Patuxent River, MD. The Production Procurement Analyst position supports the Triton Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Program Office (PMA-262) located at Patuxent River, MD. They will directly support the Triton Production Team in initiating, developing, and executing contract plans and actions to meet the program’s acquisition strategy and budget execution priorities and will work with and across multiple IPTs to ensure proper and timely implementation of production procurement initiatives and actions.
- Support and draft program milestone documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives.
- Support the development and execution of program acquisition documentation and processes such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Report (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, contract awards and modifications, and Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) agreements.
- Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, budget/funding, and mission requirements.
- Utilize business and technical methodologies to provide support of hardware, software, and service acquisition and life cycle management.
- Attend, participate, support, analyze, provide input, develop, prepare and report on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.
- Develop and implement planning schedules to inform budget requests and procurement management tool (PMT) and common spend plan tool (CSPT) inputs
- Clearly communicate status and help needed across a variety of stakeholders
- Coordinate with IPTs and functional competencies to identify and prioritize requirements for production lot procurements
- Lead and facilitate priced proposal technical evaluations
- Participate in program reviews and meetings and support specified IPTs as required
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors Degree. Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: Three to ten years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
- Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- The salary range for this role is $75,000-$115,000 (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)
