What you’ll actually be doing:

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be learning by doing and working alongside your team.

Training on daily store operations and leadership responsibilities
Helping lead shifts while working alongside your team
Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
Learning scheduling, inventory, and ordering processes
Building relationships with vendors and understanding product planning
Keeping an eye on store performance and learning the financial side
Helping create a positive, team focused work environment

What we’re looking for:

High school diploma or GED
Previous retail or leadership experience
Someone who wants to grow into a Store Manager role
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to stay organized and handle a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn

A few things to know:

This is a development role with a path to Store Manager
You’ll be working a variety of shifts as part of training
On your feet most of the shift
