Kitchen Associate - Beck’s LaSalle

Beck’s LaSalle is looking for a Kitchen Associate to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on food prep, kitchen organization, and helping create a great experience for customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare fresh food following company standards
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Help maintain food quality and freshness
Assist customers and support team members as needed
Work with the team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
Cross-train in other store areas as needed

Qualifications:

Reliable and hard working
Positive attitude and team player
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Good time management and communication skills
Interested in food prep and kitchen operations
Customer focused and willing to help others
