SC&H Group is currently searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our Columbia, MD location. This individual will be the face of the firm doing a variety of tasks to support daily operations. In this role, there will be opportunities to interface with employees as well as clients and vendors from outside the organization. This is a salaried non-exempt position on-site in our new office space. Hours for this position are M-F from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Work you'll do:

Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
Greeting visitors and providing general support.
Help with mail, snacks and building management communication.
Manage office & kitchen supplies stock and reordering.
Plan and coordinate office events in accordance with our social committee.
Manage calendars and book meetings upon request.
Support corporate groups as requested.
Order gifts and maintain inventory of items.
Place lunch and dinner orders as needed.
Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Other tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
2+ years of Administrative Assistant.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and overall strong time management skills.
Very strong attention to detail.
Superior communication and client service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to be independent and work without a lot of supervision.
You must have the utmost integrity and be able to handle confidential data and sensitive information.

Salary & Benefits
The expected annual base salary for this position is $55,000-$60,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
