Job Title: Tandem Truck Driver

Job Summary

The Commercial Dump (Tandem) Truck Driver will drive a tractor-trailer combination or a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). May be required to unload truck. Requires commercial drivers' license.

Duties And Responsibilities

Operate a tandem truck to transport materials to and from job sites
Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
Follow all safety procedures and regulations
Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members

Qualifications And Skills

Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a tandem truck
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
