We pay our Lead HVAC Residential Installer top pay of $40,000-$120,000 annually, depending on experience, plus $5,000 sign-on bonus. The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays. What We Need From You

As a Lead HVAC Residential Installer for us, you will need to be able to provide leadership for a crew of installers while going into the homes of our clients and removing old HVAC equipment and replacing with new equipment. You will also replace old ductwork and test completed installs for proper setup. Your work and customer service will need to be of the highest standard. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have your help!

3 years of residential on-call experience
Able to lift 60-80 pounds
Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics

Salary: $40000 - $120000 per year
