Key Responsibilities:

Exceptional Customer Service: Greet every customer with a friendly, professional attitude. Act as a consultant, providing product recommendations and cost-effective solutions for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects.
Operational Integrity: Meticulously track inventory and manage orders with 100% accuracy. You understand that being a good steward of our stock directly impacts our shared profitability.
Branch Pride: Maintain a clean, organized, professional showroom and warehouse. You take initiative to improve the branch because it is your branch.
Collaborative Success: Work as a cohesive team to meet branch profit goals. Support your fellow owners by assisting with deliveries, shipping, and receiving as needed.
Continuous Learning: Take ownership of your technical growth. Actively participate in training programs for the latest trade products and technologies to better serve our customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

A "mechanically minded" individual with a desire to learn the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades.

A high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) physical and Drug test.
