Responsibilities:

Coordinate workflow for tax engagements for multiple departments.
Responsible for ensuring all daily projects and engagements are staffed appropriately based on the needs of each department.
Maintain the scheduling database for assigned departments and train employees to use the scheduling database.
Facilitate efficient resource management processes to meet current and future resource requirements.
Proactively plan and lead resource meetings with associates and management to effectively monitor, adjust, and report on utilization and capacity.
Compile and provide utilization reports for management.
Assist management in organizing and planning evaluations and feedback.
Support onboarding of new employees and assist with identifying training needs.
Assist with identifying and setting department goals as it relates to resource management.
Build and maintain relations and communication among multiple departments.
Application of defined practices, procedures, and company policies to troubleshoot, resolve and address matters.
Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the firm.
Contribute to team effort by performing additional tasks as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Related functional experience: minimum of 2 years.
Strong experience in team management and effective resource planning.
Good knowledge of Workforce Management tools.
Ability to coordinate and maintain follow-up on several projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information.
Proficient skills in Microsoft applications.
A high degree of initiative with the ability to think proactively and problem-solve.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and be resourceful.
A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in an environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
