Essential Job Functions:

World Famous Friendly customer service with customers and teammates. Work as part of a “team” atmosphere. Oversee all job functions within the department. Assist with training of department new team members on operating and safety procedures Team motivation, direction and coaching. Ordering, & inventory maintenance. Daily logs current, quality control & reducing shrink. Achieving & exceeding gross profit goals. Making sandwiches. Using the meat slicer. Using the oven for baking bakery product. Making salads & maintaining throughout the day. Stocking freezer and walk-in. Stocking bakery tables, cheese case and HMR case. Using cleaning products to maintain sanitary conditions. Product knowledge. Using deli scales and bakery printers. Detailed cleaning of entire bakery deli department per detailed cleaning list. Cleaning rotisserie with authorized oven cleaner. Packaging & labeling product. Learn, follow, and model all safety operating procedures. Assist in oversight of department safety standards. Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.

QualificationsKnowledge Skills Needed:

Ability to hold team members accountable for work performance Ability to read & understand written instructions. Understands basic math calculations. Knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel & computer technology. Ability to manage time effectively & multitask with a sense of urgency. Ability to learn, follow and model all safety operating procedures. Ability to lift heavy objects up to 45 pounds on a regular basis. Able to stand on your feet continuously on a regular basis.
