Administrative Assistant

Overview:

Provide administrative support to various functional areas. Primary responsibilities include supporting office staff and meeting manufacturing administrative needs.

Responsibilities:

Prepare correspondence, including memos, spreadsheets, and reports.
Create and maintain spreadsheets and graphs.
Run reports from ECI JobBoss (ERP system).
Maintain records and ensure organization within server folders.
Screen telephone calls and visitors.
Serve as the main point of contact for calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and other calendar events, and coordinating related resources.
Prepare and update charts and graphs using Excel and PowerPoint.
Maintain confidentiality of critical information.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and related coordination as needed.
Assist Finance with invoice records within the ERP system and run Accounts Payable reports.
Assist with quarterly inventory activities.
Work with Human Resources and Operations leadership to coordinate administrative needs.
Perform miscellaneous administrative duties and projects as assigned.
Provide occasional reception coverage as needed.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and programs.
Proficiency with PC applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office products. Experience with ECI JobBoss and SyteLine is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required, preferably with a business emphasis; associate degree preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of administrative assistant experience.

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience
