What we need: Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated professional who thrives in structured environments, values process and accuracy, and takes pride in delivering predictable, high-quality results. The Project Manager must be able to work independently while remaining an integral part of a collaborative team, ensuring project success through clear documentation, risk management, and disciplined follow-through. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate submittals (product data, shop drawings, engineering) with sales, vendors, and customers.
Conduct site visits for field measurements and on-site coordination.
Oversee submittal approvals before material release and manage material purchasing and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate internal teams and external labor partners for turnkey projects.
Track project timelines, material lead times, and manpower availability to optimize scheduling.
Manage change orders between field teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely resolution of punchlist items and completion of project closeout documentation.
Quality Control on installations and deliverables to customers
Support invoicing efforts to ensure prompt billing upon project milestones or completion.
Assist sales staff with estimating and project scoping during the pre-sale phase.
Ensure compliance with company safety protocols across all active job sites.
Travel: 20-30% (local job sites, throughout Philadelphia and surrounding states)

What you need: Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field preferred; 3–5 years of experience project managing in the construction industry.
Software Proficiency: Skilled in BlueBeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, MS Project, PlanGrid, Primavera P6).
Technical Competence: Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; solid understanding of construction project workflows.
