ARG Industrial is seeking a full-time Delivery/Warehouse team member for our Spokane location. We are an employee-owned company. As an employee-owner, you must have a teammate mentality and be a self-starter who works well both independently with limited supervision and with others in an energetic team environment. An employee-owner is proactive, organized, possesses a strong attention to detail and provides a great customer service experience.

ARG Industrial is part of the Alaska Rubber Group (ARG) and provides hose, fittings and associated industrial products for a wide variety of markets and industries. These include equipment manufacturing, transportation, oil, and gas, marine, construction, food & beverage, government, and others. Job Responsibilities:

Deliver and collect product to and from customers
Manage route to include fulfilling customer needs
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
Assist in resolving problems satisfactorily for the company and the customer
Load/unload delivery truck using the load manifests provided
Organize product in delivery truck
Monitor delivery truck for any needed repairs and cleanliness
Adhere to safety protocols
Assist the shipping and receiving department process incoming freight
Stocking merchandise in warehouse and retail areas
Assist with our inventory control program

Successful candidate will possess:

Clean driving record (DMV check is required)
High school diploma/GED
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
Must have the ability to lift 50lbs continuously, and without restrictions
Clean and professional appearance
Must be a team player
Exceptional customer service skills
Attention to detail
Competence in mobile and desktop computer functions
Complete work assignments in a timely manner
Consistent attendance and punctuality
Shift work assignment priorities when needed and as directed
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Applicant must be willing to:
